The iSW50 series ultrasonic metal welder features a modular design that can be easily expanded, with highly accurate path measurement and DONGHO proven Proportion Valve technology, multiple welding modes and stacking functions.Quality monitoring with graphical analysis, networked data storage function, intelligent quality management for customers.Photoelectric touch-sensitive system for safe operation.Data traceability and safety through Ethernet connectivity, support of Industry 4.0 applications and connection to MES system. Can be used in various metal welding fields such as: automotive industry, power batteries, consumer electronics, wire harness and terminal welding, motor industry, etc., and can meet the needs of various applications in the market.

Application
