What is ultrasonic metal welding?
The principle of ultrasonic melting is to convert 50 / 60Hz current into 20,30,35 or 40 KHz electricity through a ultrasonic generator.
The converted high-frequency electric energy is again converted into mechanical motion at the same frequency through the transducer, and the mechanical motion is then transmitted to the weld head through a set of amplitude regulator devices that can change the amplitude.
Ultrasonic metal welding is an advanced welding technology that uses ultrasonic vibration to connect metal parts. This welding method is widely used in the manufacturing industry, especially where efficient and precise connections are required. The principle is based on high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations, which join materials together without the need for additional welding material.
