What is ultrasonic welding?

The principle of ultrasonic melting is to convert 50 / 60Hz current into 20,30,35 or 40 KHz electricity through a ultrasonic generator.

The converted high-frequency electric energy is again converted into mechanical motion at the same frequency through the transducer, and the mechanical motion is then transmitted to the weld head through a set of amplitude regulator devices that can change the amplitude.

The welding horn transmits the received vibration energy to the junction of the workpiece to be fused. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction mode, and the plastic is melted, which can completely replace the way of glue bonding. The ultrasound wave can be used not only to melt hard thermoplastic plastics, but also to process fabrics and films.

LNDUSTRIAL APPLICATION

  • For the melting of two plastic parts of the same material or different material
  • Fix the metal parts to the plastic
  • Plant the mechanical master screw (screw insert) in a plastic column
  • With more than removed plastic
